Simply visit the ‘plans and pricing’ page, compare and contrast subscription plans, and click on ‘Start Trial’ for the subscription plan that best matches your workplace or business. From there, enter your details and card information, follow the given prompts, and you’re good to go!

2. What is included in the trial?

The trial includes all features of the plan included in the particular subscription you choose. To compare and contrast the features of each subscription.

3. What happens to my visitors’ data if I do not proceed with the subscription after the trial has ended?

If you choose not to proceed with the subscription plan after the trial has ended, all accounts and data are automatically terminated. As a business owner, you can also choose to manually delete all data on the VLOG app as you go. You can do this on the dashboard under the ‘Subscription’ tab and clicking on the ‘Cancel subscription’ button.

4. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can. To do this, simply login to your account, head to the ‘Subscription’ tab and click ‘Cancel subscription’. Once you have done this, all data will automatically be deleted.

Yes, it does. If you would like to change your subscription or change your monthly/annual payment, simply login to your account, click on ‘Subscription’, and choose whether you would like to upgrade, downgrade, or change how often you would like to pay

The VLOG app works on both Android and iOS, meaning you will need either an iPhone or Android phone/tablet.

2. Can I use the VLOG app on a Desktop PC if I want to use the sign in/sign out feature?

Yes, you can. You can access the sign in/sign out function on the VLOG app on any device with a browser.

3. Does the VLOG app work without any devices?

Yes, it does. If you would like to simply display the QR Code, all you need to do is print out the QR code (available on your dashboard) and display it at the entrance of your business or workplace. From there, the visitor will scan the QR Code and it will take them to a sign in form for them to fill out themselves.

You can connect up to 15 devices for each site.

2. How many employees can I set up per site/per account?

If you are using the LITE plan, you can add up to 50 employees per site/account. For the PLUS and PRO plan, there is no limit.

To add more sites to your subscription, simply upgrade the subscription to the number of locations needed. To do this, login to your account, click on ‘Subscription’, and choose to upgrade to PLUS or PRO.

Yes, it is. Your data is fully encrypted at every step of the process and always belongs to you. You have the option to request the removal of your data from these servers at any time.

Absolutely. Through the VLOG dashboard, individual records can be removed. Please be aware that once deleted, they are removed from our database permanently and they are unable to be retrieved.
